The Diamond Coast Hotel, managed by Windward Management Limited, is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team in Enniscrone. You will handle inquiries, process reservations, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Demonstrated ability to sell and promote hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests over the phone in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Record reservation information accurately on Opera.
• Process deposits and special billing instructions.
• Coordinate with Revenue and other departments to maximise occupancy and rate.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Provide high-quality service and build guest relationships.
