Job summary

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a premium corporate hospitality operation in Dublin City Centre. This Monday to Friday role manages high-end meeting room hospitality, corporate events, and front-of-house service in a professional services environment.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the hospitality team, ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance, and drive client-facing services for meetings and events with strong organizational and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality management experience within corporate catering or high-end hotel environments.
• Strong background in corporate events, meeting room management, and client-facing hospitality.
• Experience leading and developing hospitality teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Professional, discreet, and confident working with corporate clients.
• Knowledge of hospitality systems or stock management platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of boardrooms and corporate meeting spaces.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, layouts, and hospitality requirements.
• Ensure seamless delivery of hospitality services for meetings and client events.
• Plan and manage corporate events from initial brief through to execution.
• Liaise with catering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
• Lead, train, and support the hospitality team to deliver consistent high-end service.
• Maintain HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance across the site.
• Support site leadership with operational reporting, stock control, and financial administration.
• Attend client meetings and respond to hospitality service feedback.
