Job summary

Levy Ireland is seeking a Hospitality Manager for The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD). The role oversees daily hospitality operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and exceptional guest service at a premier events venue.

The successful candidate will report to Senior Hospitality Manager, manage a fixed team plus casual staff, and contribute to sustainability objectives while developing SOPs and optimizing staff rosters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large volume hospitality management.
• Proven client relationship management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a dynamic hospitality team.
• Experience working within financial budgets and targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A third level qualification in Hospitality Management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients in order to enhance the customer experience, increase revenues through upselling and maximise repeat business
• Ensure service delivery is consistent and to the highest standard across all events
• Assist with the development and review of operational SOPs and ensure these are adhered to at all times
• Work with the HR/People Operations department to recruit, train and develop a team of hospitality professionals
• Plan rosters in advance of events according to agreed staff ratios and wage budgets
• Contribute to the delivery of the organisation's sustainability objectives

Hospitality Manager - The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) | Full-Time / Permanent

€45,000 + bonus and excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more.

We’re looking for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to oversee daily hospitality operations as part of the talented team at The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD), renowned city centre events venue offering 22 multi-functional rooms used for conferences, banquets, meetings and exhibitions!

As Hospitality Manager you will play an integral part in exceptional guest experiences, reporting to the Senior Hospitality Manager you will oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency, high standards and impeccable customer service.

Hospitality Manager - The role

You will be responsible for a fixed team of hospitality staff and a number of casual staff depending on the event.
