Job summary

The Address Collective in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimization, forecasting, and reservations across our hotels. You will analyze data, monitor occupancy trends, and collaborate with sales and operations to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in revenue management and OTA coordination, and a proactive approach to pricing and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management, reservations, or related hospitality roles.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with RM systems and data tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and optimize room revenue based on occupancy and demand trends.
• Update OTAs with current offers and promotions to attract guests.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on availability, occupancy, and revenue.
• Respond to guest inquiries and manage guest communications efficiently.
• Coordinate with front office and sales on pricing, inventory, and group bookings.
• Lead training and collaboration sessions to align revenue strategies.
