Job summary

The MHL Hotel Collection is seeking a commercially sharp Cluster Revenue Manager based at The Spencer Hotel in Dublin. You will lead revenue strategy for one or more landmark properties, driving performance and identifying commercial opportunities to outpace the market.

You will partner with GMs, DOSMs and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture, oversee forecasting and reporting, and guide pricing, distribution and channel mix to maximise net revenue across the cluster.

• Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Strategic thinker with agility in a fast-paced environment.
• Natural collaborator across multiple hotels within a cluster.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver revenue strategies for one or more hotels.
• Analyse booking pace, competitor activity and market trends to optimise performance.
• Shape pricing, distribution and channel mix to maximise net revenue.
• Partner with GMs, DOSMs and Reservations Managers to embed a strong revenue culture.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and reporting with accuracy and impact.
• Lead the cluster reservations team and ensure best-in-class processes and standards.
