Job summary

The Address Collective in Dublin City Centre is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimization across our hotel portfolio. You will supervise forecasting, pricing, OTA updates, and inventory management to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will work with the revenue team to implement data-driven strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a related role in hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly room bookings and occupancy trends.
• Analyse data, market conditions, and competitor performance to forecast demand.
• Develop occupancy and revenue forecasts and weekly segmentation reports.
• Adjust room rates and promotions based on forecast insights with the group team.
• Update OTAs with current offers and promotions.
• Coordinate with Front Office for smooth check-in/out and group bookings.
