Responsibilities

• Forecasting and revenue optimization: monitor bookings and occupancy trends, reporting to management.
• Analyse data, market conditions and competitor performance to forecast demand and set prices.
• Develop occupancy and revenue forecasts and weekly segmentation reports.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to adjust room rates and promotions.
• OTA management: update OTAs with current offers and best deals.
• Daily availability and pick-up reporting to maintain optimal occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Email and guest management: respond to inquiries professionally and timely.
• Reservation and inventory management: ensure timely payment lists and accurate reservations.
• Collaboration and training: share insights and train staff on revenue management practices.
