Job summary

First Table is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our restaurant network across Dublin and Belfast. This field-based role involves meeting owners and hospitality leaders, opening doors and winning new business, with 4-5 days on the road each week.

You’ll work autonomously yet backed by a supportive team, using market insight and local knowledge to build a healthy pipeline, while collaborating with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or field sales, ideally hospitality, food tech or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confident in building rapport quickly and turning opportunities into partnerships.
• Hospitality connections are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sign up new restaurants within your assigned territory.
• Track them in the CRM.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Research prospects to assess sales value and profitability.
• Win new business against targets with a structured call cycle.
• Attend trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Respond to and close warm incoming enquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.
