First Table is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our restaurant network across Dublin and Belfast. This field-based role requires 4–5 days in person with restaurant owners and operators, using market insight and a strong pipeline to win new partners. You’ll work autonomously, supported by a collaborative team and coaching.

You’ll own opportunities from initial conversation to onboarding, partnering with a success team to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or field sales in hospitality/food tech or SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Confident in building rapport quickly and turning opportunities into partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Sign up new restaurants within your assigned territory.
• Track them in the CRM.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Research prospects to assess sales value and profitability.
• Win new business against targets, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Track market trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events relevant to your region as needed.
• Respond to and close warm incoming enquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless partner experience.
