Working closely with the Owner and Marketing Manager, the candidate will build a strong pipeline, promote offerings, and shape the sales strategy. Hybrid arrangement includes two days work from home.

• Develop corporate accounts, identify opportunities, build a robust pipeline and manage proactive/reactive sales.
• Take ownership to develop the sales strategy, collaborate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and revenue.

Group Sales Manager | Dublin | Hybrid - €60K+

MLR are delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Group Sales Manager position with one of Dublin's most established and well-known hospitality groups.

This is the first role of its kind within the business and a fantastic opportunity for someone to come on board and genuinely shape the sales function.Working closely with the Owner and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across the group's different brands, locations and revenue streams, with a strong focus on corporate business, groups, events and partnerships.

The role will combine both proactive and reactive sales, but we are looking for someone who really enjoys getting out into the market, building relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing corporate accounts and finding creative ways to promote the group's different offerings.

You'll have plenty of autonomy to develop the sales strategy, build a strong pipeline and work alongside marketing on campaigns, promotions and initiatives that drive awareness and revenue across the business.

This would be a brilliant opportunity for someone coming from a restaurant group, hospitality group, corporate catering, events or a similar multi-site environment who is ready to take ownership of a newly created position.

The role also offers a hybrid working model with two days work from home.
