Job summary

OC Recruitment is seeking a Home Care Co-ordinator to ensure carers are matched to client needs and schedules run smoothly, delivering consistent, high-quality care.

You will act as the vital link between clients, families and carers, managing rosters, responding quickly to changes, and upholding care plans to monitor service quality. Hybrid working and flexible full-/part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a home care coordination or scheduling role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple rosters and shifting priorities.
• Experience coordinating carer schedules and matching carers to client needs.
• Confidence liaising with clients, families, and care staff on a daily basis.
• Ability to respond quickly to last minute changes, cover gaps, and on call queries.
• Good working knowledge of care plans, along with monitoring service quality and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust rosters to match changing schedules and priorities.
