We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team across Wexford and Gorey, coordinating client schedules and supporting Healthcare Assistants in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on safe, reliable delivery and adherence to our standards and GDPR

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or equivalent is desirable.
• Safeguarding training is desirable.
• Manual Handling certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain client care schedules across Wexford and Gorey, matching staff to clients.
• Manage rota changes, annual leave, sickness and short-notice absences to ensure coverage.
• Communicate changes to schedules promptly and professionally with clients and families.
• Support Healthcare Assistants with day-to-day guidance and updates.
• Ensure records are accurate and comply with GDPR and company policies.
• Escalate safeguarding concerns or incidents per policy.
