Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants for Dublin South West (CHO7) on full-time and part-time bases. The role focuses on providing personal and practical care, supporting client independence, and assisting with daily living activities within community settings.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 modules, a valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate, and, if applicable, International Police Clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.

Responsabilités

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures.
