Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality care across Dublin North, including Blanchardstown, Cabra and Finglas. Roles include full-time and part-time positions to support clients in community settings.

Ideal candidates will have QQI Level 5 Care Skills and Care of the Older Person, plus ideally a Patient Moving & Handling certificate and a valid driving licence. International Police Clearance may be required; driving to community sites is common.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills; Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
