Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a 6-month temporary contract based in Dublin 15. You will manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce across multiple sites, with hybrid work after onboarding.

The ideal candidate has proven high-volume payroll experience, accuracy under tight deadlines, and strong Excel and payroll system skills to deliver timely, compliant payroll for 700+ employees.

• Ability to collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll for approximately 700+ employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure all payroll calculations are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.
• Review timesheets, hours worked, overtime, deductions, absences, and payroll amendments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure accurate payroll information is received and processed.
• Complete payroll reconciliations and support payroll reporting requirements.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and internal controls.
• Handle sensitive payroll information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
