Ideal candidates will have years of payroll experience handling end-to-end processes for multiple clients. Strong communication and a collaborative approach with junior staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience preparing payrolls from inception to completion.
• Client-facing role experience to interact with partners, clients and staff.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls from inception to completion for a range of clients across all industry sectors.
• Manage relationships for own portfolio of payroll clients.
• Brief clients in relation to payroll and Revenue legislation obligations.
• Support and assist in the development of junior team members.
• Take responsibility for ensuring clients meet their compliance obligations.
• Continuous improvement – support initiatives to improve processes.
• Manage own portfolio of clients.
