Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll management or a related role.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and software, ADP highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Understanding of Ireland local tax and employment regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and timely submissions of payroll taxes and deductions.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data input and reporting.
• Support system updates or changes in payroll processes.
• Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and employment regulations in EMEA entities.
• Assist with end-of-year payroll reporting and audits.
