As a Helpdesk Administrator, you'll be a professional and friendly first point of contact for customers, residents, contractors and colleagues. You'll handle enquiries across multiple channels including telephone, email and online platforms, providing accurate advice and information while supporting a high-quality customer experience.
You'll log and monitor maintenance requests in line with service level agreements, maintain administration and reporting systems, and produce accurate data and statistical reports to support operational performance. You'll also coordinate schedules for on-site colleagues, manage helpdesk information and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the service through effective administration and attention to detail.
This is a casual/ 0 hour contract.
You're an organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys helping people and managing a varied workload. You have experience using Microsoft Office applications and are comfortable working with different systems to record, update and analyse information. You'll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a helpdesk, reception or customer service environment, knowledge of GDPR requirements, and familiarity with front office or CAFM systems used to manage jobs, bookings or maintenance requests.
