Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct hearing assessments in line with BSA standards and company protocols.
  • Recommend and fit suitable hearing solutions based on client needs.
  • Provide excellent customer care and aftercare support to clients.
  • Follow up on client enquiries and telemarketing leads.
  • Maintain a full appointment diary aligned with targets.
  • Process sales orders and complete administration accurately.
  • Maintain detailed client records, audiograms, and diary systems.
  • Achieve KPIs, including refund rate targets.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and records within deadlines.
  • Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development.
  • Provide front desk support and assist with clinic upkeep when required.

PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting a Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a leading hearing healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and life-changing hearing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer‑focused professional who is passionate about improving people’s quality of life through outstanding hearing care.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality hearing care service, ensuring clients receive the maximum benefit from their hearing aids and hearing solutions. You will manage appointments, conduct hearing assessments, recommend appropriate hearing solutions, and provide ongoing support while maintaining the highest professional and clinical standards.

You will also support the day-to‑day operation of the clinic by assisting with front desk activities, diary management, telemarketing follow‑up, and ensuring the clinic or visiting site is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional hearing assessments in accordance with BSA Standards and company protocols.
  • Recommend and fit suitable hearing solutions based on individual client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer care and aftercare support.
  • Follow up on all client enquiries and telemarketing leads promptly.
  • Manage and maintain a full appointment diary in line with company targets.
  • Process sales orders and complete all associated administration accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, audiograms, and diary management systems.
  • Achieve key performance indicators, including maintaining refund rates below company targets.
  • Complete all required reports, case documentation, and statistical records within agreed deadlines.
  • Participate in performance reviews, KPI meetings, and continuous professional development.
  • Provide front desk support and assist with the general upkeep of the clinic or visiting site when required.
