Job summary

PE Global Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a leading hearing healthcare provider delivering exceptional care and life-changing hearing solutions. You will manage appointments, conduct hearing assessments, and recommend suitable hearing solutions while maintaining high professional standards.

This role also involves front desk support, diary management, follow-up with telemarketing leads, and ensuring the clinic is maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• General education is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong IT literacy and comfort with common software.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
• Technically competent with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing assessments in line with BSA standards and company protocols.
• Recommend and fit suitable hearing solutions based on client needs.
• Provide excellent customer care and aftercare support to clients.
• Follow up on client enquiries and telemarketing leads.
• Maintain a full appointment diary aligned with targets.
• Process sales orders and complete administration accurately.
• Maintain detailed client records, audiograms, and diary systems.
• Achieve KPIs, including refund rate targets.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and records within deadlines.
• Participate in performance reviews and ongoing professional development.
• Provide front desk support and assist with clinic upkeep when required.
