TrendAI, the AI security leader, seeks a Head of Technical Partner Management for North-Western Europe. You’ll own regional partner engagement, drive measurable revenue growth, and lead a multi-region team spanning several European markets.

You’ll align with Channel, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure cohesive Europe-wide strategy and partner success across secure cybersecurity services.

Competenze

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, or equivalent leadership.
• Direct people management experience with mentoring and performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, threat intel).
• Experience leading distributed, multi-region teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English required.

• Own the North-Western partner engagement operating model end-to-end.
• Drive team performance through development plans and performance management.
• Identify gaps and close them with coaching and enablement.
• Balance regional allocation with cross-regional initiatives to maximize impact.
