TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks an experienced Europe Payroll Manager to lead monthly payroll for approximately 900 employees across 27 European countries. You will partner with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll and robust governance.

You will drive process improvements, automation, and KPIs while leading a payroll team and managing vendor relations to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Formación

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a European Payroll Manager or equivalent senior payroll leadership role.
• Experience operating within a multinational and/or shared services environment.
• Proven experience managing payroll across multiple European countries.
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and General Ledger reporting requirements.
• Experience working within SOX/JSOX-controlled environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for ~900 employees across 27 European countries.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of payroll inputs to external providers.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide payroll accounting information and reconciliations to the General Ledger and Finance teams.
• Own payroll controls, governance, and SOX/JSOX compliance.
• Lead payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Develop KPIs, service metrics, and reporting tools for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, including SLAs and negotiations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team with performance reviews.
• Ensure all statutory obligations (tax, social security, pension) are completed on time.
• Coordinate quarterly incentive, commission, bonus, and MBO payments with HR.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Provide payroll SME support for organizational changes, acquisitions, integrations.
