Job summary

Trend Micro’s TrendAI unit is seeking a Head of Technical Partner Management for North-Western Europe. You will own the regional partner engagement model, drive a high-performing team, and align with channel and sales leadership to grow partner-based revenue.

Responsibilities include leading partner success, governance, and cross-market collaboration, with focus on Europe-wide consistency and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical partner management or equivalent technical leadership.
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams and cross-functional partners.
• Fluent English required; additional Western European languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the North-Western partner engagement operating model end-to-end with technical ownership and delivery quality.
• Drive team performance through development plans, performance management, and career growth conversations.
• Identify performance gaps and close them via coaching, enablement, and feedback.
• Balance regional allocation with cross-regional initiatives to maximize coverage.
• Ensure each partner has a designated Technical Partner Manager with clear accountability.
• Collaborate with Channel, Services, Solutions, and Product leadership to align strategy and revenue targets.
