Mastercard in Dublin is seeking a Manager of Software Development to lead scrum teams building Java-based, distributed B2B payment applications. You will oversee delivery, security and performance while guiding agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes coaching, stakeholder management and scalability of a global payments platform. Remote collaboration with diverse teams is expected as part of the global program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading development teams in a multi-team environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Experience applying Scrum or SAFe in product development with performance and security requirements.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech and PCI DSS implications.

Responsabilités

• Take a product initiative from requirements to production.
• Lead agile teams including scrum masters, developers, testers and analysts.
• Oversee development and delivery of software solutions for B2B payments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Operations and other stakeholders.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement within teams.
• Communicate status to product teams, customers and management.
• Contribute to the software development guild knowledge.
