Sigmar Recruitment on behalf of a global leader in real estate, facilities management and workplace solutions in Dublin is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and grow the projects function across Ireland. This senior role will oversee project delivery, P&L, team leadership and business development.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, drive profitable delivery, manage budgets and margins, win new business, and build strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring risk and compliance

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in projects delivery.
• P&L responsibility experience.
• Experience managing bids, tenders and proposals.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• FM/construction or critical environments background.
• Relevant project management qualifications are advantageous.

About Your New Role

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility forproject delivery, P&L, team leadership and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers.

Projects

The role will cover a variety ofcommercial, workplace, and facilities projects, including:

• Office fit-outs and refurbishments
• M&E upgrades and installations
• Building and infrastructure upgrades
• Critical environment projects
• Energy and sustainability projects
• Facilities and lifecycle projects
• Capital works programmes

What You Will Need

• Strong project management experience within, FM, construction or critical environments.
• Experience leading and developing Project Managers.
• Strong commercial/financial experience, ideally includingP&L responsibility.
• Proven experience winning new business and managing bids/tenders.
• Excellent client management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Relevant technical/project management qualifications are advantageous.
