Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment on behalf of a global leader in real estate, facilities management and workplace solutions in Dublin is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and grow the projects function across Ireland. This senior role will oversee project delivery, P&L, team leadership and business development.

You will lead a team of Project Managers, drive profitable delivery, manage budgets and margins, win new business, and build strong client and supplier relationships while ensuring risk and compliance

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in projects delivery.
• P&L responsibility experience.
• Experience managing bids, tenders and proposals.
• Strong client management and negotiation skills.
• FM/construction or critical environments background.
• Relevant project management qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee the safe, timely and profitable delivery of projects.
• Take responsibility for P&L, budgets and project margins.
• Develop a pipeline of new project opportunities.
• Lead bids, tenders and proposals and help secure new business.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance and compliance.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing project team.
