• Own People Operations operating model and governance.
• Build a scalable global People Operations service across time zones.
• Drive AI, automation and integration to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Strategy and Marketing as a senior People advisor.
• Lead major strategic projects and transformation initiatives.
