Job summary

Accenture Talent in Dublin seeks an experienced Change and HR Transformation Senior Manager to shape and deliver enterprise-wide HR programmes. You will blend HR strategy, operating models, organisation design, and workforce transformation with data, technology and AI to reinvent how people work.

You will partner with senior leaders to define roadmaps, drive value, and strengthen Accenture's HR Reinvention capability in Ireland through strategic engagements and market growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years' experience in HR transformation, HR strategy, operating model, organisation design, workforce transformation, HR technology or related field.
• Significant experience in consulting, professional services and/or senior HR transformation roles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives in complex environments.
• Experience leading major HR transformation initiatives across large programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and involvement in business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives and HR leaders on key people challenges and design a compelling transformation roadmap.
• Lead HR strategy, operating model, workforce design and HR function optimisation engagements.
• Shape technology and AI-enabled HR changes across strategy, process and roles.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from strategy to execution.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and business cases with benchmarks and insights.
• Facilitate executive workshops and design sessions to challenge thinking and shape the future.
• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate capabilities across Accenture for solutions.
• Identify opportunities, shape propositions and lead proposals and deal readiness.
• Lead and grow high-performing teams and develop talent within the practice.
• Grow Accenture's HR Reinvention capability in Ireland and expand market presence.
