Job summary

Cook Ireland is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead Production, Procurement, Quality Control, Facilities and HSE, ensuring efficient end-to-end processes from material intake to distribution. You will report to the VP and GM and sit on CIRL's senior leadership team.

Own the local SIOP governance, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with quality management systems across the site in Limerick.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in a relevant field with senior management experience.
• Understanding of production and supply chain implications and budgeting.
• Willingness to travel and strong leadership in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop short, medium and long term objectives for the Operations Function.
• Implement operational strategies and monitor performance against objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality system policies and conduct audits.
• Manage budgets and oversee purchasing and overhead costs.
• Own the local SIOP process and governance framework for demand vs. supply.
