Job summary

The Recruitment Company in Ireland is seeking a Head of IT for a medium-sized, fast-paced business in South Dublin. You will own an end-to-end technology function, lead data, automation, AI initiatives and align IT with commercial goals.

You’ll manage an experienced IT team, drive infrastructure, cyber, resilience, and budget, and guide due diligence for future acquisitions, including technology integration across the group.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking a technology leader with broad credibility across applications, data, cloud and infrastructure.
• Strong exposure to Microsoft technology, preferably Azure and Power Platform.
• Ability to lead, develop and energise an IT team and engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with focus on technology spend, suppliers and contracts.
• Hands-on ownership mentality and track record of moving IT towards business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead an experienced IT team and own the technology function end-to-end.
