Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Principal Azure AI Engineer in Dublin to lead the delivery of production-grade AI solutions on the Microsoft stack. You will shape architectures, write production code, and drive end-to-end delivery using Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, and related services.

Hybrid work arrangement in Dublin with a strong focus on secure-by-design practices, RAG systems, and enterprise integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Graph. You will lead with hands-on execution and ownership.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on delivery of AI into production on Azure.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Secure-by-design on Azure: Entra ID, managed identity, RBAC, Key Vault, private endpoints.
• Building RAG systems with high retrieval quality and grounded AI outputs.
• Experience building AI agents that perform multi-step tasks with tools and error handling.
• Strong Python, IaC (Bicep), and LLMOps practices.
• Enterprise integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• AI governance and data residency: EU AI Act and EU Data Boundary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production Azure AI solutions and shape end-to-end architecture.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines and AI agents across Azure services.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise apps.
• Ensure governance, data residency, and model lifecycle compliance.
