Job summary

National Treasury Management Agency in Ireland seeks a strategic Head of ICT Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure to lead Cloud, Infrastructure and VDI teams, shaping the future of the NTMA's technology platform.

You will own cloud governance, data centre modernization and end-user computing, ensuring secure, reliable services aligned with business priorities, with a strong focus on resilience, cost management and partner collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience in regulated financial services or public sector environments.
Knowledge of IT service management, enterprise architecture, cloud financial management, and automation practices.
Familiarity with IAM, endpoint management, monitoring, and security control integration in hybrid environments.
Experience delivering infrastructure transformation, cloud migration, data centre modernization or VDI change programmes.
Understanding of resilience, cyber security and third-party risk obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Cloud, Infrastructure and VDI teams, establishing clear accountability and engineering standards.
Oversee governance of cloud platforms, identity integration, monitoring, backup, capacity, cost management and service continuity.
Drive platform currency, vulnerability remediation and modernization of the on-premises estate.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to maintain data centre availability and operational readiness.
Act as trusted adviser to ICT leadership translating technical issues into business impact, risk and options.
