Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Head of ICT Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure in Dublin to lead cloud, infrastructure and EUC engineering functions. You will drive strategy, resilience and performance across enterprise cloud platforms, data centres and VDI, reporting to ICT Operations leadership.

You will oversee cloud governance, FinOps, vendor relationships and strategic roadmaps, while coaching three specialist teams and aligning engineering standards with executive goals.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in cloud, data centre and EUC/VDI in regulated or large-scale settings.
• Track record of cloud migrations, infrastructure modernisations or desktop transformations.
• Strong governance, cyber security, identity governance and FinOps knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy and operations for enterprise cloud, SaaS platforms and governance.
• Lead virtualised on-premises estate, data centres and DR readiness.
• Own VDI service strategy, user experience and image lifecycle management.
• Coach three technical teams and set engineering standards.
• Oversee supplier contracts, SLA tracking and executive-level advisory.
