Zusammenfassung

Vision Built, part of Sisk, seeks a seasoned Head of Health, Safety, Sustainability & Quality to shape HSSQ strategy across the group.Based in Galway or Sligo with nationwide travel, you will lead the IMS, governance and reporting, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and Irish regulations.

You will drive sustainability initiatives, lead audits, mentor staff and collaborate with senior leaders to raise safety and quality excellence across all projects.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading HSSQ in construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Irish/CDM regulations and relevant standards.
• Proven ability to implement IMS and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 implementations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the HSSQ strategy and budget, including sustainability roadmap.
• Develop and implement a compliant management system (IMS).
• Provide HSSQ advice to operations and stakeholders.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and audits.
• Mentor and develop HSSQ team members.
