Job summary

MLR is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Head of HR to join a rapidly growing hospitality group in Ireland. This is a hands-on and commercially minded HR role with scope to shape the HR function from the ground up.

You will develop and implement HR systems, policies, and processes, support managers, strengthen employee engagement, and create a consistent people culture across the group. CIPD qualification advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on HR professional with experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience building and leading an HR function.
  • Proactive, independent and able to influence stakeholders.
  • CIPD or HR qualification advantageous.

Head of HR - Dublin - €65-75k

With continued expansion plans, this is a unique opportunity to establish and build the HR function from the ground up while playing a key role in shaping the future of the business.

They are seeking a hands-on and commercially minded HR professional with strong experience across the full employee lifecycle.

As Head of HR, you will develop and implement HR systems, policies, processes, and structures while supporting managers, strengthening employee engagement, and creating a consistent and positive people culture across the group.

This is a highly visible and impactful role suited to an experienced HR Manager who is ready to take the next step.

The successful candidate will be proactive, confident, and comfortable working independently, with the ability to build structure, influence stakeholders, and develop an HR function that can grow alongside the business.

A CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification would be highly advantageous.
