Holafly is seeking a visionary Head of Procurement to build and lead our global procurement function from scratch. You will drive profitability through strategic vendor alignment, secure telecom partnerships, and transform procurement into a scalable growth engine across 200+ destinations.

The role requires proven leadership, experience in international negotiations, and the ability to implement governance frameworks that protect quality and cost savings in a fast-growing tech scale-up.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement leadership in a fast-growing tech scale-up or similar environment.
• Experience building procurement frameworks and vendor management from zero.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations for complex service agreements.
• Strong leadership to design scalable procurement processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Build Holafly's global procurement strategy from the ground up to support rapid international expansion.
• Negotiate high-stakes telecom contracts to secure top-tier pricing, quality, and SLA terms across markets.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies and vendor risk frameworks for governance.
• Optimize global supplier spend to unlock cost savings without compromising service quality.
• Scale vendor performance metrics to ensure long-term supplier reliability across 200+ destinations.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to align procurement goals with product strategy.
