Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing for Capital Construction & Project Management and Capital Equipment across JJIM EMEA. You will shape sourcing strategy, lead negotiations, contract implementation, and ensure compliance while delivering value in cost, cash flow, and schedule.

You will manage high-complexity spend, collaborate with Supply Chain, E&PS, R&D, Finance and procurement teams, and mentor cross-functional partners to scale procurement programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of procurement experience on large capital projects.
• Experience with A&E, Construction Management, Automation, and Commissioning & Qualification vendors in EMEA.
• Strong strategic procurement, sourcing, category management, and supplier management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement for CCPM and CE across JJIM EMEA capital projects.
• Develop sourcing strategy; lead negotiations, contract implementation, compliance.
• Manage medium- to high-complexity spend with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver value by optimizing cost, cash flow, and schedule outcomes.
• Lead initiatives aligned with CCFS strategy and global procurement programs.
• Manage procurement activity and supplier relationships across preferred vendors.
• Identify business demand and planning requirements with leaders across Supply Chain, E&PS, R&D, Finance, and Procurement.
• Engage supplier leadership to align on quality, reliability, and cost objectives.
• Partner with CCFS categories and indirect procurement teams to support project needs.
• Lead strategic projects to improve procurement processes.
