Job summary

Solutions Limited in Dublin – Hybrid is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape strategy, lead the Purchasing & Supply Chain team and drive operational excellence across a growing manufacturing business.

You will own demand planning, forecasting and S&OP, build strategic supplier relationships, optimise inventory and working capital, and partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management role.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting and S&OP.
• ERP and demand planning system experience.
• Strong commercial, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Purchasing & Supply Chain team.
• Develop and implement purchasing and supply chain strategy.
• Own demand planning, forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance.
• Drive inventory optimisation and working capital improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across purchasing and supply chain.
