Job summary

Holafly is seeking a Network Quality & AI Automation Manager to own the performance and reliability of its global mobile network, spanning 200+ destinations. You will shape premium connectivity standards, design advanced observability, and lead automated remediation to preempt service degradation.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate signaling telemetry to business priorities, and drive scalable, cloud-native telecom architectures in a 100% remote European-enabled environment.

Qualifications

12+ years in mobile network architecture? (Note: must have leadership in MNO/MVNO/MVNE).
Deep core network & roaming protocol mastery (EPC/5GC, MME/PGW/AMF/UPF).
Hands-on capacity engineering and telemetry analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global network quality roadmap.
Implement real-time observability for GTP, LTE, 4G/5G metrics.
Architect AI-powered telemetry and auto-remediation pipelines.
Develop automated playbooks and RCA pipelines for outages.
Audit international MNO/MVNE/IPX interconnects against SLAs.
Define Holafly NQI and align with business KPIs.
Mentor cross-functional ops teams toward excellence.
