Speed Fibre Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end procurement across multiple categories, reporting to the Head of Procurement & Carrier Relations. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with various departments and project teams to drive value and compliance.

The position supports a hybrid work model with 2 days per week in Dublin, Ireland, and reports directly to the Head of Procurement & Carrier Relations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a procurement role across multiple categories.
• Experience in Telecommunications/ICT markets, especially SMEs.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external supply partners.
• Identify and lead cost savings initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for all direct and indirect spend.
• Lead procurement activities as a senior point of contact within the department.
• Ensure procurement activities align with policies, including approvals and compliance.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional projects ensuring governance.
