Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is partnering with a leading Corporate Services/Funds firm to recruit an experienced Head of Finance. This role reports to the CFO and offers a high-visibility platform to shape a scalable, international finance function with PE backing.

You will lead all finance areas, partner with executives, support board reporting, deliver meaningful insights, and drive ERP improvements in a hybrid Dublin-based environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong Undergraduate Degree.
• Demonstrable leadership experience as Head of Finance in a Funds/Corporate Services/Professional Services firm, across multiple entities.
• Prior experience with PE backing advantageous.
• Superior communication skills and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of Finance including accounting, treasury, consolidation, reporting, control, and transformation.
• Partner with executives and operations for strategic insights.
• Support Board reporting and investor/auditor requirements.
• Provide financial analysis to inform decision making.
• Lead ERP optimisation and automation initiatives.

EMPOWERMENT is delighted to be retained by a leading Corporate Services/Funds firm to identify an experienced Head of Finance to shape a best-in-class Finance Function. Reporting directly to the CFO, with significant private equity backing, you will have the opportunity to drive a growing international organisation with visible impact on business performance & scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Have ultimate responsibility for all areas of the Finance function including Internal Accounting, Treasury, Group Consolidation & Financial Reporting, Financial Control & Finance Transformation
• Partner closely with executive and operational stakeholders
• Support Board reporting, partnering closely with the CFO on Investor, lender and audit requirements
• Deliver meaningful insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision making
• Lead ERP optimisation and automated solutions

Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong Undergraduate Degree
• Demonstrable leadership experience as Head of Finance in a Funds/Corporate Services/Professional Services firm, across multiple entities
