Barden | B Corp is seeking a Head of FP&A to join its senior finance leadership team in Ireland. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, delivering high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance and business partnering.
• Experience in large scale corporate or multinational environments is essential.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering
• Proven track record in a large scale corporate or multinational environment
• Strong analytical mindset and Power BI expertise with strong commercial judgement
• A self starter with an autonomous mindset
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership teams and presenting key business insights
