EMPOWERMENT is partnering with a leading plc to recruit a Finance Business Partnering leader. The role will shape financial plans, translate business priorities into financial strategies, and deliver forward-looking insights to guide commercial decisions and investment priorities.

With 8+ years in senior finance partnering, you will influence performance, lead cross-functional teams, and drive robust planning and forecasting in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong academics in undergraduate degree/masters.
• At least 8 years' experience in a senior finance partnering or financial management role, with evidence of influencing commercial decisions and improving organisational performance.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including the ability to build capability and lead effectively across multiple functions or within a matrix structure.
• Strong technical expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and strategic decision support, together with confidence using modern finance systems and analytical tools.
• Superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and influence senior decision-makers.
