Job summary

Maria Logan Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to join a progressive, growing organisation within Dublin's property sector. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio and lead day-to-day facilities operations.

Working with the senior leadership team, you will oversee maintenance teams, contractors, and all statutory compliance, while managing budgets, contracts and supplier relationships to drive efficiencies across the portfolio.

• Excellent technical knowledge of facilities systems.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities function and oversee internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Oversee preventative/reactive maintenance programmes and statutory compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, supplier relationships and service contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and drive efficiencies across the portfolio.
