Job summary

Maria Logan Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to join a progressive, growing organisation within Dublin's property sector. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio and lead day-to-day facilities operations.

Working with the senior leadership team, you will oversee maintenance teams, contractors, and all statutory compliance, while managing budgets, contracts and supplier relationships to drive efficiencies across the portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious facilities professional to take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, overseeing the day-to-day facilities operations while playing a key role in developing and improving processes, standards and operational efficiencies.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead the facilities function, overseeing internal maintenance teams, external contractors, preventative and reactive maintenance programmes, and all aspects of statutory compliance.You will also take responsibility for operational budgets, supplier relationships, service contracts and cost management, while identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management.You will be a confident, hands-on leader with excellent technical knowledge, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
