Jobgether is seeking a senior security leader to own and scale an AI-first application security program in a fully remote tech environment. You will blend hands-on security with strategic leadership, guiding cross-functional teams and communicating risk to executives and customers while aligning governance, risk, and compliance across engineering, IT, and compliance.

Formación

• 7+ years of security experience with hands-on application security.
• Proven track record maturing an application security program including reviews, threat modeling and vulnerability management.
• Experience reading code and evaluating web/API architectures for remediation.
• 2+ years of people management, coaching and prioritization of practitioners.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the application security roadmap including vulnerability management and remediation for features/architecture.
• Lead hands-on security reviews, triage vulnerabilities, and scale the program with engineers.
• Embed secure development standards and CI/CD security scanning across teams.
• Design AI-first security strategy and validate AI-assisted analysis and remediation workflows.
• Partner with engineering to avoid bottlenecks and strengthen development capabilities.
• Oversee third-party/vendor security assessments and SOC/compliance alignment.
• Establish zero-trust principles and collaborate on IAM, logging and alerting.
• Lead application security incident response with infrastructure teams.
• Support Compliance Lead and IT with strategic direction and development.
• Align application security, IT operations, and compliance under unified roadmaps.
• Manage access reviews, identity governance, endpoint security, onboarding/offboarding.
• Engage with compliance leadership to plan future frameworks and governance.
• Represent security posture to leadership, customers, prospects, and auditors.
• Own security questionnaires and remediation communication with external stakeholders.
• Provide actionable security and compliance recommendations beyond status updates.
