We seek an Application Security Engineer to safeguard our web platforms and AI/LLM systems, partnering with engineering teams to remediate findings and drive secure software delivery.

You will conduct threat modeling, vulnerability triage, security assessments, and build automation scripts, relying on Python/Go and AWS security expertise.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in application security with threat modeling, secure design reviews, code reviews or pen-testing.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in threat modeling exercises for application and AI-driven architectures.
• Triage SCA/SAST/DAST/CSPM findings and provide vetted vulnerabilities to engineering teams.
• Support vulnerability management for networks and infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely remediation of security findings.
• Perform security assessments, reviews, and internal penetration tests.
• Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive security tasks (log analysis, patch management, incident detection).
