Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking an experienced Actuarial Reporting Lead to steer a team of actuaries delivering high-quality reporting for Solvency II and IFRS. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness and robust governance across regulatory frameworks and business insights.

In this senior role, you will drive automation, partner with Finance, IT and Audit, and foster a culture of inclusion and continuous learning while supporting colleagues to realise their full potential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with post-qualification experience in actuarial reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS reporting.
• Proven people leadership with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Track record delivering process efficiencies and automation in a controlled reporting environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for clear business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of actuaries to deliver high-quality actuarial reporting.
• Oversee liability valuations, capital assessments, stress testing and IFRS/Solvency II reporting.
• Drive reporting process improvements and embed governance and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders across Reporting Analysis & Insight, Finance, IT and Audit.
• Champion Aviva's values while supporting colleagues to reach their potential.
