Job summary

Aviva is seeking an experienced actuarial leader to join our Actuarial & Assurance team as Actuarial Reporting Analysis & Insight Lead. You will lead a team of actuaries and data scientists responsible for regulatory reporting, insightful financial analysis, and strategic business recommendations.

You will shape reporting governance, drive efficiency through automation, and provide commercial insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with extensive post-qualification experience in actuarial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and deadlines.
• Ability to translate actuarial results into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of actuaries and data scientists.
• Oversee Solvency II and IFRS reporting, including regulatory submissions.
• Provide insights from experience analysis, stress testing, and balance sheet performance.
• Enhance controls and automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Build relationships with Finance, Risk, Audits and senior stakeholders.
