Job summary

Aviva Ireland is seeking an experienced Actuarial Projects Lead to drive actuarial reporting initiatives and strategic change across the business. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate regulatory requirements into practical project plans and ensure strong governance throughout delivery.

The role requires a qualified actuary with post-qualification experience, plus proven leadership in regulated environments, to improve reporting efficiency and embed sustainable change across finance

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary with extensive post-qualification experience and broad exposure across actuarial disciplines, including financial reporting.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects, change programmes and strategic initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Solvency II, IFRS and actuarial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with leadership ability in matrix structures.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Actuarial Projects Lead to join our Actuarial & Assurance team. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering actuarial projects and strategic change initiatives that support financial and regulatory reporting across Aviva Ireland.

You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders to drive improvement, embed sustainable change and enhance our actuarial reporting capabilities. If you enjoy leading complex projects, influencing decision-making and delivering meaningful business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge constructively and make clear recommendations.

• Strong leadership capability, with experience working through matrix structures and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The expected pay range for this role will fall between €120,000 and €140,000 and salary offered willcommensurate with candidate'slevel of skills and experience.
